设立健康个人边界,是我们人生中非常重要的一节个人成长课。健康边界的设立,不但有助于保护我们自身与情感的空间,更有利于我们长远的身心健康。它是自我关怀和自我尊重的终极形式。通过有意识的边界设定,我们可以获得内心的安定与专注,集中精力来照顾生活中真正重要的人和事,从而更好地享受与他人持久健康的关系。
新西兰著名作家安娜·泰勒(Anna Taylor)曾经说过:“通过设定健康边界,你可以教会人们哪里是你的边界,并教会大家以你所接受的方式来对待你。”
这次活动,我们将围绕以几个方面进行探讨:

Welcome to our 5th “Wisdom Night”,this month we will have a 90 minutes PLUS session to discuss “Boundary Setting 101”.
Do you often feel it is difficult to say No?
Do you often feel you have been taken advantage of by your colleagues or friends?
Do you struggle to stop others taking too much of your time/energy/money/emotional capacity?
If any of the above sounds like you then this is an event you probably don’t want to miss! The New Zealand famous author Anna Taylor once said, “By setting boundaries, you teach people how to treat you by deciding what you will and won’t accept.”
Creating healthy boundaries helps us to protect our physical and emotional space, it will contribute to our well-being in the long run. It’s an ultimate form of self-love and self-respect. By kindly and proactively setting our boundaries, we can honor our needs, enjoy the relationship with others more and focus on what’s TRULY important in our lives.

Except group discussion, we will have a few practical exercises to help you gain awareness and take your first step to reset a healthy boundary.

What is Wisdom Night?
Wisdom Night is organised by a bunch of wisdom seekers who aim to gather more wisdom seekers to share thoughts and ignite wisdom. It is a collection of sharing and discussion events with certain personal development related topics, such as relationships, career development, well-being, mindfulness, and sometimes spiritual topics.
It’s an open and non-judgemental space for everyone to share and learn from each other, and hopefully have a better understanding of ourselves. This is not a place for professional therapy, more a place for peer support and story sharing.
